This Eclipse 8 in Topeka, KS does a 3-minute Alert for a weekly test. The wierd rough type noise heard throughout the video is from the actual siren and not a camera defect.... Read More »

Looks like this little gem is finally fixed! Was told it was a bad chopper. Thanks to the city of Shawnee for keeping this thing around and not replacing it despite all the problems it's had. Hopefully it will be good for atleast another 10 years of service.... Read More »
